tour in cebu :P

Last April 27, Glorie with some of her friends and I went to Simala in Sibonga. Sibonga is a town located south of Cebu near to Argao. We decided to take the SRP (South Road Properties) route so I waited for her in Sto. Nino church. It would be easier for her to pick me up then. While waiting, i felt i was a tourist of Cebu, my hometown for crying out loud! I was standing near Magellan's Cross and everyone there was busy taking pictures and buying souvenir items. It felt awkward standing there all alone. I decided to grab my camera and took some pictures too! LOL! I even bought some items also. So, here are some photos...

Now, what's with La Fortuna bakery?!? I remember a friend from Germany who used to visit Cebu and eat in La Fortuna. I learned that it may take some time before she can actually visit Cebu again. Might that this picture will make her smile. :P Oi! I love LF's siopao especially back in college. :D

prison break: a closer encounter

I'm really a big fan of the hit series Prison Break starred by the ever gorgeous Wentworth Miller. Never did I realize i'd have a somewhat similar encounter as that by Michael Scofield. It's really scary! LOL!

i'm so irritated already!

I don't know what's wrong but the comments wont appear! I've checked the setting and comments are enabled. How come??? My first entry shows the comments while the rest of the entries wont. Why is this so? Wahhhh!!!!

Here in the office, my section is somewhat divided into two major groups. One group supporting projects from Europe and the other group supporting projects from North America. One evening, the Europe group decided to dine out. Since i have old friends from the Europe team i was invited to the said dinner. I alone was the only one joining from the North Am group. I was like the gate crasher, the third wheel, the extra luggage. During picture taking, i give the Europe team the satisfaction of not appearing...


The picture was taken at Tong's in Lapulapu Marina Mall. There are supposedly 14 people in the photo. Where am i in the photo? Spot me! :P

The birth of 'upshots & whatnots'

I spend so many moments with my friends that i think it would be nice to share my experiences on way of blogging. Thus the birth of my new blog titled Ylan's Upshots and Whatnots.
