pingpong

Still catching my breath... I just finished playing pingpong (tabletennis) against the yellow team! Yahooo, I won twice! I won in the women single category. Then Terai and I won in the women doubles category. Nice results for our first match. Next game (tomorrow or next week) would probably be against blue team. That's against Charo and Ailyn! Bring it on girls! (hehe! :P) Wish me luck! :) (Kulang daw ko sa trashtalk ingon si Jude!)

Two dear colleagues bid goodbye to us today. One is pursuing her career in Manila while the other one in Singapore. They sure will be missed!

NorthAm Validation group meeting

Had our last group meeting ages ago so we decided to hold a group meeting today. Before the meeting proper, i thought of sharing some activities i learned from a training i attended.

let them answer questionnaires that later will reveal answers on "what motivates them" and "barriers to creativity" sort of stuff

let them draw a figure only by looking at the mirror their partner is holding... it's a thing about leadership and being a subordinate... i really had fun doing this task during my training... and they sure look hilarious too!

An eventful Friday indeed - CE Sportsfest Opening Ceremony late in the afternoon and Macelle and Jona's Despidida in the evening. Details will follow.

meeting another bisdakmember
